Admin/Sales Support Assistant
Frankfurt / Remote
€Neg dep on experience
A lot of recruitment companies call their clients ‘market leaders’, however, this one genuinely is. They are experts in their market and have maintained a strong commercial position throughout their existence and the uncertainty of the last two years.
Working across a global remit, their approach is highly effective and cutting-edge; the people ambitious and driven. It is the sort of company you will want to work for if you like fast-paced, variety and potential.
With a European base in Frankfurt, they are on a mission to further develop their market share and need to build a team to continue this success. With a core team in place, they are looking to secure the services of an Admin/Sales Support Assistant to help the senior team manage both the activities of the sales team as well as business improvement projects.
If you enjoy a varied and fast-paced working environment, within a global environment, then this will certainly deliver. You will play a pivotal role in a small but high calibre team, ensuring all office management and administration duties are efficiently handled and will act as the first point of contact for all external partners.
As you would expect, you will need to demonstrate well-developed communication skills with a strong eye for detail and a highly organised nature. You will need to be fluent in both English and German and have a keen intellect and a strong commercial understanding. You will have previous commercial experience within a team assistant role and be comfortable working on your own initiative.
As a new position, there is a certain amount of flexibility with the structure of the role. It will be home-based if preferred, however, you can go into the Frankfurt office if you would like to.
The hours are part-time initially, with a current requirement of c10 hours a week over the 5 days. It would suit someone who wants to freelance at the beginning whilst the full scope of the role is decided. There are headcount increases planned and so there are opportunities longer term to move this into a permanent position that suits all parties involved.
As mentioned, there is flexibility with this role and the key factor is finding the right person. If you need more hours, then there may be more responsibilities that can be added to the role depending on your skillset. If you like the general sound of it, then we can always have an informal conversation to discuss.
