My candidate attraction solution breaks down the recruitment process into 3 stages and lets you decide how much of your process you want me to manage.  I can provide you with an initial longlist, delve deeper and create a shortlist or manage the whole assignment for you.  The stages are costed on how much time it is likely to take me and are invoiced on instruction.

Stage 1 (Longlist)

  • Write an engaging advert
  • Share onto Job boards
  • Promote on Social Media
  • CV Database / LinkedIn Search
  • Create job vacancy information for candidates
  • Review initial response and send though vacancy information to relevant candidates.
  • Collate a list of relevant candidates against the job brief.

Stage 2 (Shortlist)

  • Arrange and complete first stage interviews with candidates to ascertain whether their experience and personality line up with your role.
  • Submit final shortlist for review. 
  • Politely reject candidates who are not suitable in order to protect your brand.

Stage 3 (Offer Management)

  • Arrange interviews with you
  • Brief candidates and confirm time/date/format etc.
  • Manage the offer rejection process
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding to your company.

The recruitment fee is calculated depending on the level of the role.
